Meet and learn from the people around you at the Experiential Marketing Summit

As all event marketers know, the people you meet and the ideas you exchange can make or break your conference experience. This year, we are excited to help attendees spend more time with one another with Braindates—the collaborative learning platform that enables attendees to learn from each other.

Braindates are one-on-one or small group conversations that you get to book with others leading up to and during the Experiential Marketing Summit. They’re your chance to have meaningful conversations—about what you’re actually interested in—with people around you who’d love to talk about it, too.

All registered attendees get access to the Braindates platform and can create or attend as many Braindates as they wish. The Braindate lounge will be open throughout the show—we even have a special block of poolside Braindates planned for May 16th. Hello, sunshine!

Just a few of the sample topics we know attendees will be talking about at the show:

  • Measurement: How are other marketers measuring their events? What’s working?
  • GDPR: How can I make sure my events are adhering to privacy standards?
  • Innovation: Where can I find fresh ideas and inspiration for my clients and my brand?
  • Diversity and Inclusion: What steps should the industry take to prioritize diversity?
  • The Basics: I’m new to events—what do I need to know to be successful?
  • Careers: Tips and advice for building and negotiating a career in events
  • Work-life Balance: How are other parents making it work at home?
  • And so much more!

Braindates are yours to create—name a topic you want to discuss and others can jump into your Braindate. Or, look for a Braindate that interests you and join it. You can also go one-on-one with a fellow attendee you’d love to chat with.

The Braindates platform will open to all attendees one month before the show, so make a list of what you want to talk about, learn about and share at the show—and we’ll see you at the Braindate lounge!
